Somatic Coaching - Catarina Brazão

The individual sessions aim to deepen your self-awareness, unwind your body, and remove obstacles that hinder your personal growth. Catarina's therapeutic skills and sensitivity will guide you to delve deeper into the essence of your being.
The session is tailored to address your individual needs, with a particular focus on the body's role in fostering authenticity and self-love. Each process is unique, and there is no standard formula. It involves an intuitive approach that goes beyond the mind, surrendering to the depths of the subconscious and trusting that all the answers lie within. Bring an intention and be open to meeting yourself. The more you invest, the greater the reward.
The session lasts about 60 minutes and is suitable for people of all ages and conditions. Sessions can be held in person at Olo Center or online, and are available in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Catarina Brazão is a facilitator of individual and group processes, a somatic educator, and a social worker. She has a degree in social work, specializing in mental health, and has extensive training and practice in somatic practices, and trauma work.
Catarina's journey is driven by her deep commitment to personal growth and transformation, helping individuals discover their authenticity and uniqueness. With over 20 years of experience in one-on-one and group sessions, she offers an inclusive approach that is customized for each person or group she works with.
