The Program
The 9-day program begins with online sessions on December 1st and concludes with a 6-day personalized, all-inclusive retreat at Olo Center, Finland. The program includes 3 online sessions, reflective self-work materials, nutritious food and accommodation, pampering body treatments, guided grounding experiences, as well as one-on-one sessions with Catarina during the retreat week at Olo Center. All of this - and more - are covered in the price of 4997€.
